Topics of the day

The event will be opened by James McCarthy, CMO at Exonar, currently one of the fastest growing UK tech startups. James will reflect on the need for marketing leaders to place customer experience at the very centre of business strategy and how brands already doing so are being disruptive and yielding benefits across the board.

Other highlights will include Pamela Brown, CMO, Smart Tech at Vodafone Smart Tech, who will take us through how, during the depths of the 2020 UK lockdown, rather than put a new offering and product suite on hold, the company went ahead and achieved success through a relentless focus on the customer.

From the agency behind the UK Government’s Covid ethnic communications campaign, Mediareach, Founder and CEO Saad Al-Sharaf offers his more than 30 years’ experience with an introduction to one of the most important topics of today: multicultural marketing.

Meanwhile, Carrie Rose, CEO and Founder of Rise at Seven, a search-first Creative Agency based in Sheffield, offers an SEO Masterclass for marketers of all experience levels.

Social media marketing company Socialbakers will be on our panel discussing how immersive technologies like augmented reality and artificial intelligence are changing marketing and will continue to do so well into the future.

Our second panel will look at user-generated content and explore its implications for marketers and will include the expertise and experience of Daniel Andrews, CEO, The Tree, an award-winning content marketing agency.

And of course, your questions could take the discussions into areas that specifically interest you.
